EDGE Advance is a transitional program for neurodiverse young adults. Utilizing a clinically integrated coaching model, the goal of EDGE Advance is to create a path for emerging young adults to develop the habits and skills necessary to lead autonomous lives of purpose.
Therapeutic Life Coaching at EDGE draws upon models of apprenticeship, mentoring, and experiential learning. Each student is paired with a Therapeutic Life Coach who assesses the student’s skills and abilities and supports the student’s emotional, interpersonal, and life management development .
The focus of Learning Coaching is helping students in planning, organizing, and implementing academic, vocational, and service activities that assist individual students in discovering their passion and envisioning a career path.
